BUYING VINTAGE & SECOND HAND

Buying secondhand is to buy second-hand, remember that the products are not new, but small defects or pataina may occur. Naturally, we select the best when we post goods online, but with eg denim is the tolerance for small holes and tearing more accepted than a notch in a porcelain objects. See Article description and images for evaluation.

TERMS & RETURNS

In store

We have no general policy for open purchase or right to exchange but will agree in the store with you on how long we can give you open purchase or right to exchange depending on the item.

Online

As an online customer, you always have two weeks of open purchase from the day you pick up your package at your local uthämtningsställe. All return costs are paid by the customer and be sure to send the goods back in the same condition as when you received it with all labels attached and original packing. Returns of goods without attached labels, or late returns will not be accepted.

For a not picked up package returning to the store we charge a fee of 300 SEK.

SHIPPING

The shipping cost is 55 SEK within Sweden, 75 SEK within Denmark & Finland, and 299 SEK for rest of Europe, unless otherwise stated or agreed. Delivery time is between 2-5 days within Sweden.
